Possibly iPad as well.  Wouldn't Jobs just roll over in his grave if he knew this.

The Windows 8 Metro UI is one of the most highly anticipated technology releases of 2012. It features a touch friendly ’tile’ based interface, and allows for each touch navigation. Perfect for that Microsoft Surface. Now the unthinkable has happened, and it is already on the iPhone / iPod touch. Well… In the form of a Jailbreak theme, but we’ll gloss over that.

As you can see, the theme is fully functional. It allows you to switch between the Metro UI, and standard iOS in the form of the desktop view. The tiles can be moved to your liking, and you can even head onto the standard UI app list - to select your favourite applications.

The theme comes in the package ‘Metroon’, and it can be downloaded from the ModMyi repo for just $1.50. The package uses dreamboard to activate, which some people complain slows down their devices, however I have never experienced such issues - and think it’s a really solid theme for such an inexpensive price.

Metroon is now up for purchase for 1.50$ on Cydia!
